Key Fobs

I move in a month ago and everything has been great so far. I love all the amenities available, great job thinking of almost everything a human being may need where they live in. The staff at the office is great Carly and David(the ones I delt with in the past) are in top of things & are always polite & courteous. My only issue ever since I moved in here is the key fobs. They just don't work properly. 1st the keys weren't working then they changed the batteries at the door, now the keys still don't work. We work with Fobs at my job, maintance is performed by Diebold & we never have issues. Also the way to pay the water bill through the office everytime is a pain, can the bill be added to the portal for payment? Thanks

Hello Anna, Thanks so much for taking the time to review Evolve at Tega Cay! I am glad to hear you are enjoying your stay. In regards to the key fob system, they do require batteries and it seems we may have received a dud batch from our supplier. We will take care of this immediately for you. In regards to your water bill, this can be paid online now when you pay your rent. You receive a paper bill so you know your usage but the amount will reflect on your online portal on the first of the month.
